Fresh off their victories at the Lenoir County Fair Cheerleading Competition, North Lenoir High School and Frink Middle School continued their winning streak at the 74th Annual Wayne Regional Agricultural Cheerleading Competition held tonight.
The annual Lenoir County Fair Cheerleading Competition, a much-anticipated event in the local sports calendar, did not disappoint as it showcased the best cheerleading talent from area schools. The event, held at the Lenoir County Fairgrounds, drew a crowd of over 2,000 spectators and featured high school and middle school teams vying for top honors
Mez Didley led the way with a crucial interception, while Motorro May and Lane Rouse each recovered fumbles. Samuel Lovitt contributed by forcing a fumble, exemplifying Greene County’s defensive prowess. On the offensive side, Kaz’Zarey Farrior had a banner night, rushing for 200 yards and scoring four touchdowns.
