Now the Lancers head into a tough stretch, beginning Tuesday at Davidson-Davie at 6 p.m.
The Lenoir Community College Lancers lost to the Wake Technical Community College Eagles in a physical game, despite leading at halftime, with Head Coach Matt Grantham expressing disappointment in the team’s performance after a holiday break.
The Patriots scored 11 touchdowns during the game while allowing only two. Eight of the touchdowns came on the ground, while the Patriot defense forced three turnovers for touchdowns.
The Lenoir Community College Lancers Volleyball team faced a challenging match against Wake Technical Community College (WTCC) last night, ultimately falling in four sets with scores of 25-21, 21-25, 21-25, and 23-25.
In a strong start to the season, the local soccer team secured victory in the 2023 Cougar Classic, defeating Wake Christian 5-3 and High Point Christian Academy 5-1.
