Faith Christian bounced back in Goldsboro with a straight-set volleyball win over Raleigh Christian, taking the match 25-15, 25-15, 25-16. The Conquerors had 18 aces from seven players and improved to 4-4 overall and 2-2 in conference play. Read more at Neuse News Sports.

North Lenoir refused to let an early two-set deficit turn into a third consecutive loss. The Hawks battled back to defeat North Johnston 18-25, 23-25, 25-16, 25-19, 15-9 Wednesday in a Three Rivers 4A Conference match. North Lenoir improved to 11-3 overall and 4-2 in conference play. North Johnston fell to 6-8 overall and 3-2 in the conference.

The Rams survived a back-and-forth five-set match Thursday, defeating the Jaguars 25-14, 14-25, 25-22, 22-25, 15-13. The victory was Greene Central’s first over Farmville Central since Aug. 16, 2018, ending an 18-match losing streak in the series.

Spring Creek used strong serving and a fast finish Wednesday to defeat Eastern Wayne 3-1 for its first victory over the Warriors since 2023. The Gators won 25-22, 25-21, 15-25 and 25-11, improving to 3-11. Eastern Wayne fell to 2-5.

North Lenoir outscored opponents 526–251 across seven documented sweeps, South Lenoir won four straight five-set battles, Greene Central went 6–1 outside six losses to three repeat opponents, and Bethel scored just two fewer total points than 9–1 New Bern Christian despite losing their rematch in four sets.

Washington won the opening two sets 25-19 and 25-16, putting North Lenoir in an early hole. The Hawks responded in the third, fighting through a back-and-forth finish to take the set 26-24 and force a fourth. North Lenoir continued to battle in the fourth, but Washington was able to close out the match with a 25-20 victory. The loss dropped North Lenoir to 10-2 overall and 3-1 in Three Rivers 4A Conference play.
