2026 NCHSAA volleyball playoff brackets for classifications 1A–8A, East and West, from Neuse News Sports.

All eight classifications. Both regions. Every second-round matchup. The 2026 NCHSAA girls volleyball state playoffs continue Tuesday, Oct. 20, with 120 second-round bracket positions from 1A through 8A. Below are the East and West pairings, with seeds, home teams, and third-round paths, plus links to the official live brackets.

The N.C. High School Athletic Association schedules the third round for Thursday, Oct. 22, followed by the fourth round Saturday, Oct. 24, regionals Tuesday, Oct. 27, and state championships Oct. 30–31. The higher-seeded team hosts each playoff round before the state championship, unless the association announces otherwise.

How to read the matchups: The visiting team is listed first, followed by at and the home team. “Pending” indicates the first-round result was not confirmed in the bracket when this list was compiled on Sunday, Oct. 18. Verify game times and any late changes through the official NCHSAA volleyball brackets.
