Herring, Washington lead Kinston past Martin County 73-62, Vikings advance to state championship
Kinston used a dominant second half and 42 combined points from Keyshawn Herring and Jamarion Washington to defeat Martin County 73-62, improving to 21-3 and advancing to the NCHSAA 3A state championship where the Vikings will face Walkertown at Wake Forest University.
