Frink wins offensive showdown with Jones middle

TRENTON, N.C. — The Frink Cavaliers broke their three-game losing streak with a resounding conference win at Jones Middle. Cavaliers' seventh grader Daniel Boyette took the mound and secured the victory, while teammates Jacob Jones, Hunter Southerland, and Israel Almanza powered the offense.

The Cavaliers put up an impressive score, tallying seven runs in the first inning, nine in the second, and four in the third. Jones Middle responded with one run in the first inning, two in the second, and five in the third, but ultimately fell short, losing 20-8.

Frink coach Chad Kearney praised the team's performance, saying, "We put a lot of runs on the board with timely hitting and by making things happen."

The Cavaliers will aim to maintain their winning momentum as they face Rochelle Middle on Monday afternoon. With a renewed sense of confidence, the Frink Cavaliers are poised to make their mark in the coming games.
