Rams Edge Raiders in Season Opener

SNOW HILL—In the Rams season opener, the Woodington Middle School Raiders clashed with the Greene County Middle School Rams in a game that was decisive from the get-go. The final score saw the Rams secure a win with a 7-4 lead over the Raiders.

The Rams’ roster boasted standout performances, particularly from Sie Sutton, who not only wielded the bat with precision for two hits but also took to the mound to secure outs for his team. Trey Eatmon, for the Raiders, proved to be an offensive linchpin, driving in four runs on two crucial hits, demonstrating his vital role in the lineup.
