The Bethel Christian Academy Trojans delivered a stunning performance against the Liberty Christian Varsity Patriots, clinching a 30-0 victory on Monday in their final scheduled game of the season. The Trojans' exceptional pitching from four players ensured that the Patriots did not manage a single hit throughout the game. Jamison Goff struck out Robert Herrera to secure the game's final out.

With this victory, Bethel finishes the regular season with an 11-5 record and a 5-2 conference standing, securing second place. The Trojans' strong finish saw them win 10 of their last 13 games, demonstrating their impressive momentum heading into the playoffs.

Jason Turnage was a driving force behind the Trojans' victory, contributing five runs to the scoreboard. Turnage had an impressive showing at the plate, going 3-for-5 with runs driven in on a groundout in the first inning, a single in the second, and another single in the third.

The Trojans began their scoring spree in the first inning when freshman Jamie Williams doubled on the first pitch, bringing in two runs. The team continued to dominate with a remarkable 12-run surge in the fourth inning. Key contributors during the inning included singles from Mckinnon Wade, Williams, Braden Cash, Jonathan White, and Goff, as well as doubles by Cooper Williams and Wade. 

Williams emerged as the winning pitcher for the Trojans, allowing no hits and no runs in two innings while striking out four and walking none. White and Goff provided solid relief from the bullpen, ensuring the Trojans maintained their lead.

Wade opened the game for the Trojans, pitching one inning and allowing no hits or runs while striking out two.

The Trojans' offense was on fire, racking up a total of 27 hits. Cash, Williams, Wade, Turnage, Williams, White, Alex Hill, and Zach Harrison all managed multiple hits for the team. Cash led the charge with five hits in six at-bats. Defensively, the Trojans were flawless, committing no errors. Harrison stood out with ten chances in the field, the most on the team.

With this commanding win, the Trojans showcased their power on the field and their determination to emerge victorious as they head into the playoffs.
